After months of recovery, Jayson Tatum finally returned to the basketball court for the Boston Celtics on Friday, March 6th. Tatum suffered a torn Achilles during the 2025 NBA playoffs, which required surgery and kept him off the basketball court for months. After his surgery, Tatum spent months doing physical therapy and workouts to rebuild his strength and to get back into shape.
Tatum made his return in a game against the Dallas Mavericks. Tatum finished the game with 15 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists helping the Celtics win 120-100. He showed he was healthy and back to help his team win games.
