While spring is here and the weather is getting warmer, many people are starting to plan for or go on vacation. This time of year is the most popular and perfect time to travel. High school students are on break, college students are getting closer to the end of the year, and families can enjoy this time together as a whole. Many people like to take vacations during this time because it may be the only opportunity they have to be able to spend time together.

Most students tend to use this time as a break from school. Exploring new places with friends can get your mind off schoolwork and anything else that has been happening in your usual (and frequently stressful) environment. It’s often a much-needed escape.
An article from Capital One claims two of the most popular vacation spots for college students are Fort Lauderdale and Aruba. These two places are super tropical and have great activities to enjoy.
My classmate Lindsey Delarosa is taking a trip to Paris for spring break. Her sister is doing a study abroad program there, so she and her family have decided to take the trip and go visit her.
Lindsey said, “I am so excited to take photos and experience Paris”.
Who wouldn’t be?
This is a super awesome opportunity and trip because experiencing things like this with your family can be unforgettable.
For my spring break trip, my family and I are thinking about going to Greece or Italy. We have not decided yet, but I am hoping to go to Italy. I have family there, and would love to see them and experience my culture and the area that they grew up in. My mom and I have always wanted to go to Greece because my parents have been to Italy many times before I have.
Spring break is a super fun time for people to enjoy new and different surroundings, and take a break from everything else around them. This can be a reset for many, giving them a chance to (ideally) come back stronger and ready to learn.
I can’t wait to figure out my plans and hear everyone else’s plans as well. Here’s to Spring Break 2026!
