Westfield Garden State Plaza, or for short, GSP, is an enormous shopping mall located in Paramus, New Jersey. It has been around for 68 years and has over 300 stores, so there are tons of places to check out.
The mall is filled with fashionable apparel, a large food court, department stores, jewelry, beauty shops, electronics, and much more. You’ll never run out of things to do – or buy. Here are my personal takes on the mall, and where you can usually find meat GSP!
I always enter through Nordstrom, and I browse through all the shoes, perfume, and makeup first. In my opinion, it’s so much easier to find shoes there because someone is always willing to give you assistance and see if the right shoe fits! It’s also way less crowded than Sephora. When testing out the perfumes in there, it’s a very tight environment, and stressful waiting for someone to move out of the way. But, in Nordstrom, there is a lot of space to be able to test out the perfumes and see if it’s the correct scent you are looking for.
On the top floor, my favorite stores to visit have to be Hollister and Evry Jewels (which opened a few months ago). In Hollister, I gravitate straight towards the matching sets, sweatpants, and tops. They have really cute stuff for teenage girls, but it is also inclusive for boys too; they have baggy t-shirts, jeans, hoodies, etc.

Even though Evry Jewels has been in the mall for a short time, it quickly became my favorite jewelry store. I like how their jewelry is affordable and trendy! I discovered Evry Jewels online and used to order on their website since they didn’t have a New Jersey location. But now that they do, I can see exactly what I want in person. Although the store is small, the workers are very attentive and helpful!
Onwards to the bottom floor, I stop by PacSun. PacSun’s clothing genre leans towards streetwear. You can normally find graphic tees, hoodies, sweatpants, and more. But my favorite section is in the back, which consists of the Brandy Melville items.
My last stop would have to be the food court, also on the bottom floor. Listed, there are 53 food establishments. Whether you are craving pretzels, burgers, or noodles, GSP has what you are looking for!

If you haven’t visited GSP, you need to go!
