The Emerson Class of 2027’s officers are excited to announce a Valentine’s Day bake sale taking place in the main lobby on February 14, 2025! This special event is designed to raise funds while spreading love and joy throughout the Cavo community.

Middle school and high school students can look forward to delightful sweets, including Rice Krispie treats, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and possibly more surprises all for $1.

The class officers have been promoting the bake sale through the EHS 2027 Instagram account, posters, and the morning announcements.

Allie Deorio explained, “We are planning to host more bake sales in the future.  They are a very easy and fun way to support our class.”

Bake sales are very exciting and a fantastic way to organize and raise funds, making them a good way to support their class.

Giana Kim added, “I enjoy making treats! Even though it’s a time-consuming task, it is fun to challenge myself to make new pastries.”

The class officers have worked very hard to put this bake sale together.
