The 2021 NFL Draft is quickly approaching, and teams have a very hard decision to make on who they are going to choose. For some teams, this first round pick could decide their future and if they can be playoff contenders. This year’s draft has some of the best players of the decade including Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields, and Penei Sewell. These next few months are going to be dedicated to teams choosing who they know franchise players will be.

The fifth pick in the 2021 NFL Draft is the Cincinnati Bengals, and they got the LSU Heisman Winner Joe Burrow last year in the draft. Burrow needs a lot of protection, and drafting an O-line would make a lot of sense. Penei Sewell is an amazing pick for the Bengals, and he is one of the best college players in years. His mobility and strength could help out the Bengals a lot.

The fourth pick in the 2021 NFL Draft is the Atlanta Falcons, and they have a very big decision to make. The Falcons have MVP quarterback Matt Ryan, but he is getting older and it might be time to move on from him. If this franchise chooses to move on from Ryan, they might invest in Zach Wilson, a quarterback from Brigham Young. Wislon has 3,699 passing yards as a junior, and he proved that he can be reliable in clutch moments. Wilsons, ability to move out of the pocket and his throw accuracy might have the Falcons interested.

The third pick in the 2021 NFL Draft surprisingly goes to the Miami Dolphins due to a trade they made last year, and they are in need of a star wide receiver. Ja’Marr Chase is a phenomenal pick for the Dolphins because he could pair up with Tua Tagovailoa, the rookie drafted last year by the Dolphins. Chase can be a versatile player who can help the Dolphins immensely this season, and he is just the player the Dolphins are looking for.

The second pick in the 2021 NFL Draft goes to the New York Jets, and this was one of their worst seasons yet. The Jets are in need of a new franchise quarterback because Darnold in his third year was such a disappointment, and he looked better in his rookie year. The Jets will probably acquire Justin Fields out of Ohio State, and his game against Clemson proved he is the real deal. Fields ability to throw far, and his speed will hopefully help the Jets be more successful next season.

The first pick in the 2021 NFL Draft goes to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and they will need a new quarterback. The Jaguars will undoubtedly pick Clemson’s quarterback Trevor Lawrence, and he is the best prospect of the decade. Lawrence will help this team with his speed and agility. The Jaguars need a massive rebuild and Lawrence will definitely help with that. This pick could change the Jaguars team forever, and make them a playoff contender.

The 2021 NFL Draft is full of young talented players who have a lot of skills to bring to the league. Teams like the Jaguars and Jets need quarterbacks that can transform the franchise and make them a playoff team. On the other hand, teams like the Bengals and Dolphins need players to help out their quarterbacks like Penei Sewell and Ja’Marr Chase. This draft will be one of the most exciting drafts in NFL history, and brand new players are ready to make their mark.
