Dunkin+Donuts+Review

Recently, I have been addicted to drinking ice coffee from Dunkin Donut, and so I decided to do a review on five different Dunkin Donut in Bergen County. I will judge each of the iced caramel macchiatos by the price, how good it tastes, how long it took them to make it, and the customer service. The five Dunkin Donut that I will be rating is on Old Hook Road, Emerson,  Midland Ave, Riveredge, Forest Ave, Paramus, Kinderkamack Road Unit D, Park Ridge, and 60 Broadway, Hillsdale.

The Dunkin Donut on Forest Ave, Paramus, was the first one I went to. When I first arrived, there were a total of five customers waiting in the line and there was not one employee helping any of the customers. The coffee at this place was very milky and did not even taste like coffee.

Wait time: 9 minutes

Price: $4.15

Customer service: 2/10

Taste: 3/10

The Dunkin Donut on Midland Ave, Riveredge, was the second Dunkin Donut I went to. When I got there there were a total of three customers waiting, but they all helped and served each customer fast. The coffee was very strong and did not taste that good.

Wait time: 3 minutes

Price: $4.75

Customer service: 10/10

Taste: 4/10

The Dunkin Donut on Kinderkamack road Unit D, Park Ridge, was the third Dunkin Donut that I went to. When I got there, there were a total of five people on a line waiting to be served. All of the customers were served in a short amount of time. The coffee was overall very good.

Wait time: 2 minutes

Price: $4.69

Customer service: 10/10

Taste: 8/10

The Dunkin Donut on 60 Broadway, Hillsdale, was the fourth Dunkin Donut that I went to. When I got there, there was no one there. I got served really fast and the employees were very nice. The coffee was very good here: 10/10 recommended.

Wait time: No Wait

Price: $4.79

Customer service: 10/10

Taste: 10/10

The Dunkin Donut on Old Hook Road, Emerson, was the last Dunkin Donut that I went to. When I arrived, I was the only one there and the staff was really nice and they served me quickly. The coffee was overall very good.

Wait time: No Wait

Price: $5.17

Customer service:10/10

Taste: 9/10

To conclude, out of the five Dunkin Donuts I went to, the one that was the best was the one in Hillsdale with a score of 10/10 for taste and a 10/10 for customer service. The Dunkin Donut that was the most disappointing was the one on Forest Ave, Paramus, with a score of 3/10 for taste and 2/10 for customer service. Going to all of these different Dunkin Donuts and rating them made me realize how even getting the same exact order at each price can cost differently and how differently it can taste.
